- Core Java - obviously the best tutorial is the Java.sun.com one - http://java.sun.com/tutorial. Second to that, I recommend Bruce Eckel's Thinking in Java - available as a book, or free online from http://www.bruceeckel.com
- Ant - Is there a nice simple Ant tutorial anywhere to teach people the basics? Maybe buried in the Ant docs?
- Servlets / JSP - surely the tutorials are a dime a dozen? http://www.servlets.com
- EJB - there are always free books available on this somewhere?
- JMS - this is hard to find tutorials on?
- Jikes - what tutorial is needed really?
- IDEA - this really needs two things, a tutorial and a keymap!
- WebWork - there's the webwork docs at http://www.opensymphony.com/webwork or else Joseph Ottinger has written a tutorial recently, online for now at http://enigmastation.com/~joeo/webwork.html
- SiteMesh - not much besides the docs sadly, http://www.opensymphony.com/sitemesh
